Ready Made Website FAQs
Q1 - What’s the difference between a Template and a Ready Made Website from Lawyer Website Solutions?
A1 - When you purchase a "website template" you only get a one page design template and you have to make all the changes and customize yourself or find a qualified designer to do so. If you’re not qualified to develop and customize your website yourself, you can hurt your business by portraying a poor image with an amateurish website. When you purchase a Ready Made website, we will work with you to ensure that your website is customized to your needs and goes live successfully without errors.
Q2 - What Information do I Need to Provide You to Complete my Website?
A2 - In order to complete your website you will need to provide us with some information about your firm, your certifications, attorney/lawyer/staff contact information, professional associations (ABA, APRL, etc.), local community organizations, and your firm's logo.
Q3 - What if I don’t Like Any of Your Ready Made Website Designs?
A3 - All of our website designs can be customized. If you don’t find a Ready Made website design that you like, you can request us to make major changes to an existing Ready Made design. We also continue to develop new Ready Made website designs to our existing collection.
Q4 - How Long Will it Take to Complete my Ready Made Website?
A4 - Since we perform the development and customizations for your agency, your Ready Made Website will be completed within one to two weeks, based on the options you selected and how soon you can provide us with feedback, approvals, and deliverables (company information, logo, etc.).
Q5 - What is the Design Process for a Ready Made Website?
A5 - The development process for a Ready Made Website is as follows:
- Select the Ready Made website design you want along with the options.
- Consult with your Project Manager regarding customizations you need.
- We will register your domain name or help you update your existing domain.
- Submit office specific information - information about your law firm, your certifications, attorney/lawyer/staff contact information, professional associations, local community organizations, and your company logo.
- Within one to two weeks, we'll have a draft of your website ready for you to review.
- Submit your feedback and changes.
- A revision of the website will be presented for your final approval.
- Once you're completely satisfied with your website, we'll install your website on the webserver and your website will be live.
- After your website is live, we will register it with Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
Q6 - Can I have certain leads be sent to a particular partners or lawyers?
A6 - Yes! Once a visitor to your law website has submitted a consultation request or contact form to your firm the information is immediately emailed to the appropriate customer service representative or attorney. For example, if your office has one lawyer that handles all malpractice cases, a malpractice consultation request coming in would be routed specifically to the appropriate lawyer.
