If you are not 100% satisfied with our services within 30 days after completion, you will be given a full refund of the invoiced amount excluding setup fees and any costs incurred by Lawyer Website Solutions on your behalf, such as, domain registration or SSL certificates.

We can do this because we are confident that we will exceed your expectations with our service, professionalism, technical capability and our commitment to your being the only insurance website and marketing company you will ever need.

No refunds are available after 30 days. All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable allowing sufficient time for mail to travel via post. Phone requests and e-mail from addresses not on our records will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Lawyer Website Solutions that are in violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. Examples include accounts that are cancelled due to customer practising spamming or sites consisting of illegal content; no refunds are issued.

All refunds will be paid either via company check or credit card reversal and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.

Uptime is the percentage of time that a web site is available for connection from the internet. For example, our goal is an uptime average of 99.5%, this means that your site will be down for not more than a total of 5 minutes in any given month. Uptime is exclusive of any occasional previously announced maintenance windows (Usually conducted between the hours of 12:00AM - 4:00AM).

Lawyer Website Solutions ensures that all personal information submitted to us (to be used for record and billing purposes), inclusive, but not limited to, credit card and other personal information, will be kept strictly confidential and used solely by us, our authorized representatives and employees, for the strict purpose for which it was intended, and for the benefit of the Client. We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason, without the specific written consent of the Client, with exception as required by Law, Regulation or Governmental Authority, or in case of alleged service abuse or copyright or other such infringements.
